Delivery

We ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express Mail with rates for each of the above services calculated at checkout. All orders are sent from Charlotte, NC and take approximately 2-6 business days for domestic delivery (please add 2-4 business days for your order if it contains any personalized items). Our Same Day Shipping is for any in stock, non personalized orders placed before 1pm EST thru our website Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Should you need expedited delivery, weekend shipping, or other help, please contact us. International shipping is available, just select your country at checkout for pricing (delivery times are typically 5-15 business days internationally). We package every order in pink & white tissue paper, secured with a sticker, so if you are sending a gift it will arrive nice and pretty!

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All credit card transactions are processed using a secure, offsite payment server, taking every measure to protect your privacy and security. North Carolina residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.

Returns

We know that it can sometimes be tough purchasing things sight unseen, so we are making it super easy by giving you guaranteed satisfaction. Buy it, like it, hooray! Buy it, and it doesn't work, no problem.

We stand behind our products 100%, and we mean it. If it doesn't fit, isn't the right color, is not the print that you expected, whatever the reason, just send it back for an exchange or refund. The only thing we ask is that you contact us to let us know about your problem within 30 days of your order and then send it back.

We do have a few requirements, just to be fair - the item needs to be in its original condition and can not be personalized. This means the tags still have to be attached, it can't have grass stains on the front, and we don't cover washing mishaps, like bleach in the laundry. The only thing we ask is that you pay the return shipping, and then we'll cover everything from there. See, shopping from the comfort of your home can be a win all the way!

Garment Care

RuffleButt garments are made of 100% cotton and may shrink slightly when washed. We recommend washing all apparel in cold water with similar colors and drying on low heat. The cotton fiber does contract in water, and you will find our woven fabrics do wrinkle more than our knits. If you are looking for a lower maintenance garment, we recommend our knit collection.

Rufflebutts, Inc. makes giving back a priority. As a company, we support multiple organizations, primarily those focusing on children, by donating 5% of our profits annually. We believe that everyone must do their part, and we are very grateful to have the opportunity to share our blessings. Knit vs. Woven

This is a common question, especially on our RuffleButts. The easy answer is the cotton knit is the exact same fabric that is used to make our t-shirts. It is a soft 100% cotton, stretchy fabric, so more of an "everyday look", and is more wrinkle-resistant. Although the two bloomers are cut using the same pattern, the knit bloomer fits much baggier due to the heavier & stretchy fabric. The woven cotton is the fabric also used to make our solid-color Swing and Peasant Tops. It is 100% cotton, but more of that "traditional" bloomer fabric, and is not stretchy. Personalized embroidery is only available on our pink, white or fuchsia WOVEN bloomers.

Sizing:

Toddler Bloomers - Our 2T/Toddler RuffleButt Bloomer is sized to accommodate toddlers as they grow up and out of their diapers and can be worn as a diaper or panty cover. We find that many children are able to wear this size beyond age 2, and often into age 3 or 4. The knit version will accomate growth even better, as this fabric is designed to stretch.

**Our t-shirts are sized on the shorter side to show the rear ruffles, so if undecided we recommend going a size larger.
